2012 Exhibit Registration & Entry Form - This is the main exhibitor form used by all exhibitors, including 4H/FFA Project Books and projects.- PA Fairs Animal Health Requirements - PA Department of Agriculture requirements for county and community fairs.
The Union County West End Fair may impose additional rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals.
